While selling high end homes in Metro Detroit, Mike "Kuli" (Kuligowski) set out to create a all-in-one solution for agents after being asked over and over again: "How do you get so many big listings?"
He used high end marketing materials to impress leads and compete against agents with much more experience and resources. The problem is when he showed them what he used, they usually didn't have the time and energy to create their own. They needed a quick solution for an appointment in the coming days.
He created Kuli Design to solve this exact problem for agents who need a beautiful all-in-one solution to elevate any appointment. It doesn't have to be the star of the show, but a trusty assistant with you on any appointment.

The Heart of Each Box
There are 3 sections that make up the foundation of every box. These sections are designed to tell a story of your brand, the state of luxury, and the partnerships you use to sell amazing homes:
